“Griast Enk” means “Welcome” in South Tyrolean dialect – and you are warmly welcomed to the Eidechsspitz holiday apartment. The apartment is located at 1,450 meters altitude in a residence in Meransen near Brixen. It is on the first floor, accommodates 5–6 people, and offers a spacious, well-equipped kitchen-living room with dining table, sofa bed, TV, refrigerator, and dishwasher. There are two double bedrooms, each with its own TV and bathroom with toilet, shower, and bidet. A special highlight is the large balcony, where you can enjoy the sunrise over the Puster Valley every day. Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the residence. A washing machine can be used on request and for an additional fee. There is also a sauna in the building, which can be used on request and for a surcharge. Prices and number of rooms vary depending on the number of guests. For children, there is a playground, and a parking space is available exclusively for house guests directly in front of the door. The access road is a dead end and therefore very quiet. A footpath leads directly to the village, where you can do your daily shopping. There are two grocery stores, a sports shop, a bakery, and various bars with ice cream in summer or snacks in between. In five minutes on foot you reach the indoor swimming pool, next to which there is a mini golf course. With the guest card, you can use public transport throughout South Tyrol free of charge. If you prefer to drive, you can reach Brixen in about 20 minutes. The surroundings offer numerous opportunities for hiking, mountain biking, or excursions, for example to the Dolomites or Lake Antholz.
