Comfortable, clean, great location, great amenities

Friendly staff and right in the heart of the downtown area. However the elevator didn’t work to or from the garage and there also no mention of how close it is to the active rail road tracks.

The coffee pods in your room are surprisingly good. It is a very cool property and our room was very big.

Mattress was hard and seemed broken down. We both left with back aches. Room appeared clean but when I went to get a spoon out of the drawer the drawer felt greasy. Air conditioner was noticeably loud but cooled the room off. The door was difficult to open… the lock mechanism wasn’t functioning correctly. We reported it. We were told “ 90% of the time you have to lift the door handle up hard.” That worked the first night, second night we had to push it down. The hotel felt worn. I think I’m sounding picky but honestly I’m usually not. We travel a bit and this was a step down from what we usually see out there in the hotel world.
