A great place to relax and unwind. Light open and airy spacious home with 4 bedrooms, 5 beds and 2 baths. Main bedroom ensuite and Hall bath. Recently remodeled with a great kitchen open to the dining area for wonderful meals with the whole group or game nights. This is a clean nicely decorated comfortable house filled with art and amenities. This home is on a quiet half acre with views of the Sandia mountains from the front and back yards and amazing sunsets from the spacious back yard. Hot Air Balloons, roadrunners, quail and dove are often seen on or around the property. Plenty of storage space for long stays.
Kitchen is stocked with the essentials - Dishes, silverware, pots and pans, blender, coffee, tea breakfast items, olive oil, spices, some condiments and more. Everything you need to make a meal is provided except the food. Feel free to use whatever you need just kindly replace anything you finish off. Gas stove with electric convection oven. Plenty of counter space. Washer and Dryer are in laundry room with detergent and dryer sheets. There is a 2 car garage for parking convenience and a door opener is available once inside so you can come and go easily to enjoy the many places to see. There are games, movies and a DVD player. Streaming from both TV's - living room and main bedroom are available. Bedrooms have comfortable beds with all linens and extra blankets. Plenty of storage for clothes and any shopping items you may bring back with you.
There is a covered patio / latilla courtyard with a BBQ grill in the back so you can sit outside and enjoy the fresh air and wildlife. Outside the courtyard is the rest of the 1/2 acre with plenty of space for play. Lots of sand for the kids and a firepit with mountain view. There is room for off street RV parking in the second driveway next to house.

This was home base for a wedding. The house was clean and well stocked just as described. We enjoyed our time there with the games provided. There were two disappointing things. It sleeps 8 but the living room seats 4, so there weren't enough comfy chairs. The kitchen had everything we needed - except a working dishwasher! 8 people and no dishwasher is definitely not cool. Otherwise, a great place to stay.

Perfect vacation rental in Albuquerque
The house was perfect for our trip to Albuquerque for the Balloon Fiesta. It’s in a quiet neighborhood that’s an easy couple minute drive to lots of retail shopping and restaurant locations. The house house was well stocked with soaps and shampoo as well as snacks too. It truly felt like you were staying with family or friends who let you use their place while they were out of town. There’s plenty of room with 4 bedrooms and two full bathrooms, and use of the two car garage was super convenient for loading and unloading the car. Donna was super quick in answering any questions too. Thanks again.

Spacious house for all of us!
We loved the room we had in this house and that our fur baby could come without an extra charge. The neighborhood was quiet which was great for bike riding and relaxing. We loved having a few extras in the pantry and fridge so we could cook at home and spend our time visiting.

Our stay was amazing! Can’t recommend a better place for Tranquility. Peaceful, with a morning display of hot air balloons with a serenade of wildlife morning display. The instruments were an added treat! Kitchen was well stocked. Definitely recommend Donna’s Tranquility!

Lovely home on quiet neighborhood
We stayed here because it was our son's 27th birthday and we came together here. House was clean and fully stocked with appliances,cook and bake ware even shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Loved the open kitchen and the round table that fit all of us. We particularly loved the small courtyard because we could block our small dogs in that space so we could sit and watch them. Large backyard had small openings where one was able to escape but we found her quickly is why we had to make shift a gate so they could stay in court yard. The large yard was also spacious enough where we could set up our batmitten net so we could all play batmitten. Also there was so many spots to park our 4 vehicles with a spacious car garage.So much fun! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay here again!!!

Summer Kick Off Trip
We came, from Denver, to visit family & friends in Rio Rancho & Albuquerque. We had a great stay at Casa Tranquila. It is a very comfortable home, in a quiet neighborhood, with lots of space between neighbors. The beds were very comfortable and we had everything we needed. The house was big enough so we invited family & friends over for a barbecue. Overall we were very happy with the place & will stay there again.
