“The staff was very helpful at the Hampton Inn New Albany location, particularly the person who checked us in. Our room was clean; however, the bed was not complete. There were clean sheets folded neatly on the bed, but the bed was not made. We were promptly helped by the front desk staff member, who seemed to be working alone. She was apologetic and made our bed herself.”

“Staff and hotel was above my expectations for 85 a night. Just as good as the Hampton that was 200 plus. Nothing fancy, but was traveling for work. Had a decent breakfast. Safe area and quiet for doors facing parking lot”
