“The staff was very helpful at the Hampton Inn New Albany location, particularly the person who checked us in. Our room was clean; however, the bed was not complete. There were clean sheets folded neatly on the bed, but the bed was not made. We were promptly helped by the front desk staff member, who seemed to be working alone. She was apologetic and made our bed herself.”

“Rooms were clean and up to date. Housekeepers were thoughtful and caring. Breakfast attendant was Very helpful and Pleasant and the breakfast was good. Front desk were pleasant and very courteous! Only small problem was the ironing board needed a little fixing, which I was able to do myself.”
