"Christine at the front desk was an absolute gem!!! The property is beautiful! "

"We've stayed here for 3 years for our family reunion at the Lake. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great (love the waffles) and the hostess kept on top of things and was very cheerful. The property was clean and well kept. Only 2 downfalls, neither of which can changed. To reach the elevator, you have to go up a short ramp which I'm sure is ADA compliant, but at times was difficult for my Parkinson's impaired husband. The other is that the property is built on a cliff (what isn't!) and so there is no good way to go for a walk, so i just walked around the parking lot. Overall a nice place to stay and we'll likely stay again next year. "

"I stayed for a week there, the room was very clean. The beds and pillows were comfortable, and the staff was professional and courteous. My room was ready on time, but did not have a microwave. The mini fridge was in good working condition, so my ice stayed frozen. I did not use the pool but It was often littered with garbage from other guests, or I might have. I would choose this location again. "

"The perfect hotel for what was needed. We were there to see the Ozark Mountain daredevils at the Ozark amphitheater and the hotel was within an excellent distance from the venue. It also had great restaurants nearby. The room was clean and perfect. Great stay would recommend."
