“Absolutely would not recommend this property. The pictures online show an outdoor and indoor pool area. The outdoor pool was not functional and large empty pool when you pull in. The security was my biggest concern. After checking in, I was told to enter through the back of building as that was closest to my assigned room. Upon entering, the back door had a key card scan pad which was not functional. We were able to walk right in (just as anyone off the street). Right inside the door, there……

“Renovated rooms. Very clean. No daily maid service (but you can ask for fresh towels at the 24 hour front desk.) Excellent location was easy to get everywhere we wanted to go. The pool area is nice but not the easiest to access. If you have issues with steps or steep hills, drive down for convenient access. Stayed Monday-Thursday and it was quiet. Would stay again.”

“Terrible pot smell, toilet wouldn’t flush, tv didn’t work, and our floor was wet from AC leak. The hot tub was out of order and the pool was pitiful with a broken net to clean it with. Disgusting. We left and are trying to get our money back.”

“The entire place is super run down. The staff said it was remodeled to a margaritaville in 2019 but it is dirty and old and smells like a wet dog. The parking situation is a nightmare. The whole place is up and down hills and no place to park to unload your bags. They have all these fast golf carts driven by kids zooming everywhere. Once we got to the room after parking half a mile away the room smelled so bad. It smelled like mold, wet dog and smoking. The floor was separating from the walls……
