“Beautiful cabin on a clean river. Had a great time hanging out with friends on the deck & at the pavilion by the water. We had a great time kayaking even though the water was low this time of year. Not much fishing this time of year though. Rail Explorers - Elk Division very close by & lots of fun. Wonderful host with great communication. ”

“My family and I were traveling to WV to take my son to the University of Charleston and this was the perfect place for our family. Tons of room, clean and very quiet. Only thing that this place didn’t have was internet access which made it hard for us to have cell service but other then that it was just perfect and we will be returning!!!”

“Great place to disconnect from stresses of everyday life and enjoy a relaxing lifesyle. Creeks to splash in, river to float, mud puddles to splash in and dirt roads to adventure down. Everyone was so welcoming from liz, bars/restaurants, to the locals. The road up started the adventure and set the tone for getting away from it all. Id call it a primitive setting, no bells, no whistles, but just what we needed. If i did need a bell or whistle, liz would have procided it quickly. Cant say enough...

“We love the two separate cabins and enjoyed the fishing in the Ohio river. We even caught a catfish! We had everything we needed for our stay and the communication was great from the host. We wish we could have stayed longer than 1 day. Watch out for the poison ivy on the bank but other than that, great stay!”
