“It was difficult to know what to do or where to go. It is a very neat place, which is lovely but a little bit interesting to navigate as a guest. We came on a Monday and the restaurant was closed so we couldn’t have dinner there. There was also a large group that was taking up the shared space upstairs so we couldn’t hang out there either. The place is absolutely beautiful, it may have just been an off time for us to be there.”

“Been here several times visiting downtown ROA, for business meetings and downtown was sold out but this place doesn’t disappoint at all, worth the trip down the highway or main roads depending on traffic. 10/15 minutes tops I love it. Staff is amazing.”

“Very clean and beautiful hotel, opened July 2026. The beds are very comfortable and the shower is a nice size with good water pressure. Very friendly front desk. I wish they had more breakfast options.”

“I was on vacation alone and had some dirty clothes piled up, but when I checked in I was told the laundry room was not available. I spent over an hour getting my laundry done at a laundromat 20 miles away. I was very disappointed.”
