"Very friendly staff at front desk, but at 6pm when we arrived our room was still not ready. We were offered complimentary beverages but what we really wanted was to just check into our room. No daily housekeeping was provided during our stay. If they were to improve any department I would suggest the housekeeping department. There is limited on-street parking and a pay parking lot if you are driving. Breakfast was nice with burrito bowls along with fruit and scrambled eggs. Overall adequate place in a central location."

"The staff was great, very helpful and friendly. Our room smelled a little musty. There was no room service unless we requested it. The shower was old and the shower door from where you turn on the water didn’t open. We had to turn on the shower from the other end which meant we would get wet in cold water first. Everything else was good."

"nice decor, but a little rundown. Clean. Staff was helpful and professional. Easy and free parking and good location. Good value for the money. Could do better with details: nice big screen in room, but something wrong with display so all channels looked fuzzy. Had microwave and minifridge which was nice. Coffeemaker in room, but no coffee. body wash dispenser in shower didn't work. Shampoo and soap provided, but no conditioner. No closet in room. No blackout curtains so there was some light in room from well lit courtyard all night. Bedding and towels was clean but weathered."

"When I initially checked in the Girl told me that they canceled my reservation then she made me book another reservation for an extra hundred dollars a night. Then when I entered the room, it was filthy. Disgusting. I have pictures of the bathroom filthy the hair. The floors were black the sheets look like they never been cleaned. I ended up sleeping in my car because it was a holiday weekend and no other hotels in the area were open This was the absolute worst day of my entire life. I had to sleep in my car like a human piece of garbage."
