"The location is great, and the place itself was ideal for me, my wife and our two girls. There are a lot of bars and restaurants within a 5 to 10 minute walk and if you don’t want to use Uber/Waymo, it’s like a 25 minute walk to downtown Broadway. The use of the washer/dryer was an added bonus"
