The room was clean enough, the hot water was either extremely hot or only warm ish. Our tub also did not plug. The staff wasn’t very cheery, and when we went to check out there wasn’t anyone there. Fine enough for a run of the mill hotel. Also the restaurant hours aren’t great, I wouldn’t plan to eat there

They send you an email with room door code. No checking needed. Great restaurant onsite too.

The hotel was very nice and convenient to restaurants and stores. There was good and easy parking. There was, however, an issue in that our room was not available and wouldn’t be for at least an hour after the designated check-in time. There were quite a few other guests with the same issue. It would seem that there was a shortage of housekeeping staff. As we had been into the hotel a couple of times previously hoping our room would be ready early, and I had shown my displeasure at the delay, the desk clerk showed true professional courtesy and was able to find us a room. We appreciated all her efforts to resolve the situation.

Comfy beds, clean room. Would stay again.

Fire alarm started beeping at 3:30am and required us to call the manager to confirm no fire danger…no one responded to the first call to operator and finally a staff person came to the door…fire alarm went off again but then was silent for the rest of the night…not a good night’s sleep but we were offered another room to stay in but we didn’t take it…not going to leave our room without taking our bags as suggested by staff member…room was really warm and had problems with the air conditioning…didn’t come on as expected…overall looks nice but not what we expected from BW Premier hotel.
