The lobby & rooms were clean and spacious and the staff was friendly & helpful. Only 2 of 5 of the exercise machines were functional and the coffee maker was out of order at breakfast. The grounds were mowed but there were weeds growing in flower planters instead of flowers. Overall the good outweighed the bad but some small fixes would have made it a really good stay.

The evening desk person was terrible and could barely greet me. I asked for a chair and he said they had none. There was a man on his cell all night in the hall and outside. He was creepy. I will NEVER go back.

I chose that hotel, because it had 9/10 stars. I am confused how it was rated so highly. If given the option, I will post pictures. It was not clean. The hallways weren’t clean, and the bathroom was not clean.

Got back from our event at 1015 and was locked out of hotel and room. Waited a very long time for someone to come help at the desk. The lobby was full of people still at 10 - and they were all still waiting to be checker into their rooms. Some has been waiting hours! Check in times are at 3- so these people had reservations and were still waiting for a room at 10 pm. We were there for 3 nights and asked for garbages to be taken out and that never happened.
