"Great place! Very clean, very comfortable! Beautiful place! Enjoyed watching the birds and squirrels at feeders."

"Clean and tiny. Great open kitchen. House was comfortable and uncluttered."

"Another great stay that met our expectations from previous visits. The cabins are comfortable and the hosts very gracious. Leah helped us get checked in and accommodated the few requests we had. Looking forward to our next visit."

"Cozy home and pretty view. Owners make the most of the space available and although close to other homes, it still feels somewhat private. The walkway down to the river is not easy, but once you’re down, it’s a good spot to wade and relax in lawn chairs."

"The property was very remote and lovely for a cabin experience in the Ozarks. The amenities were just as described and we were very pleased with the hospitality of the hosts. I would absolutely stay there again. "

"Great place to stay!"

"My wife and I greatly enjoyed our two night retreat in this cozy farmhouse in the Ozarks near Noblett Lake recreation area."

"We loved using this property for our family reunion! The kitchen is shared with the hosts, but we enjoyed getting to know them, and we loved having the cozy cabins as our own space. Clean, friendly, lots of fun, and close to Ava city stores if needed. Will probably stay here again!"

"This was an amazing stay. Steve and his wife were welcoming and absolutely wonderful. They have a very beautiful place that’a just minutes from the lake and the marina is a short 15 min drive. The home is perfect and has everything you need for a relaxing lake vacation. It’s family friendly, ADA accessible, has plenty of parking and was neat, cleaned and organized. I am a CEO from STL and we enjoyed the stay thoroughly."
