Having the two decks was great for family time outdoors (we loved the two shades on the back deck that were used for the late afternoon sun). The only thing we would caution other guests on is if you have someone (elderly or poor health) with mobility issues, this house may be an issue as there is not a bedroom on the main floor, just an office that has a couch. This property provided our family the room we needed for our group size."
