“We loved our stay at the Best Western in Provo. Although our checkin was around 1am due to a late flight arrival, we were greeted by a very nice and helpful employee. The first two rooms we were offered had some minor issues (a noisy toilet and a cleaned carpet that was still wet), so the front desk employee gave us a free upgrade to a top floor suite. We were too tired to notice, but when we woke up the next morning we realized the suite had a beautiful view of the mountains with large...

“Very good experience except for the sofa cama it’s really uncomfortable. But besides that everything was perfect.”

“We enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. You do have to remove your shoes upon entering the house which can be inconvenient. We didn’t utilize the shared kitchen. The rooms have locks within the house for your privacy. ”

“We had two rooms and both were not cleaned after the first night though we placed the tag (dreaming) inside. But generally speaking, the hotel is clean and nicely remodeled. If bottle water is included as complimentary, it would be better.”
