“Resevered an apartment with them for a school event received confirmation and the day of check in they could not find a reservation at all despite me having already been charged...their solution was to book a different available unit as they had several available, however, when the booking site contacted them they were told nothing was available...this resulted in a lot of food waste as i had brought things with me to put in the fridge. I was forced into a hotel with no fridge instead so on top……

“The apartment was clean and comfortable. Walkable to all event centers, downtown and restaurants. We did have trouble with our key fob on the second night. But even at midnight a gentleman talk with me and got us a new one in about 10 minutes. Parking was a little stressful at first but once we got the app and figured it out all was well. We will stay here again. ”

“Great location. It was a full apartment with a hybrid loft style bedroom. It had a great view of down town and was like a block and half from city center. Room was new and updated- and above shove in a very cool historic building that looked like the common areas had been restored to its original design while also being new looking:)
I’d stay here again for sure!”
