We tried every contact number provided, including the delivery and service numbers advertised, but received no answer or callback. “These people are not interested in their guests and do not deserve anyone's custom. Apart from the barman, the owners completely ignored us on arrival while huddled around a table with their backs to us. We had travelled over 200 miles to get there, having booked many weeks ago and paid for They left us standing there for over 40 minutes with no explanation as to why we were still waiting for the key to our room. Eventually, someone who was almost impossible to understand came to us saying the……

“Great hotel and brilliant staff.”

“We used the hotel as a base to tour Barry island and go to a concert in Cardiff. Staff were excellent and very helpful. It was the hottest week of the year so far and the inside rooms were roasting. Perfect spot to tour Barry and surrounding area, 5mins walk down hill from a Wetherspoons and centre. Hotel was good value for what we paid. Bar was open till 1am but quiet”
