The property has 3 main buildings with their own themes and hotel rooms. Over a dozen restaurants throughout that offer a ton of variety. The art and design features are phenomenal. This is a destination within itself. Add the ease of getting to the surrounding historic area and you have the PERFECT place for your next trip to Savannah. We had a small housekeeping issue upon arrival that was quickly corrected. The manager gave us a room credit to use at the restaurants and bars for the inconvenience. Don't miss taking a trip down the slide at the rooftop bar!

Front desk customer service was awful. The worst

I was skeptical to rent because we were just looking to rent a partial week and this place was a lot cheaper than other places I was looking at. We were so pleased with this property. Unit was clean, in a great location with beautiful views off the balcony. Close walking distance to the beach. Good location on the island. The property is beautifully maintained. Good fishing ponds for my boys. Great courts for pickleball. The owner of the unit called to check on us and to make sure the unit was in good condition when we got there. Will definitely vacation again here!

Fabulous old manor impeccably maintained. Offsite parking provided. Room was great. Location was at the edge of the historic district close to Forsyth Park. Breakfast was minimal with only hard boiled eggs, orange juice, coffee (delicious), and pastry. One really nice amenity was a coupon for two free cocktails at a restaurant in town, the 19Hundred90 Restaurant. Beth, the manager was very helpful.

At 4:00 a.m., I awoke to use the restroom. While returning to my bed, I observed a cockroach traversing the floor. Naturally, I was unable to resume sleep. As I remained in bed with the lights illuminated, unable to fall asleep, additional cockroaches were observed moving throughout the room. I have recorded a video of this incident. Yesterday, a roach was discovered. Maintenance personnel promptly eliminated the roach and limited their efforts to spraying around the balcony door. We are seeking compensation for the inconvenience and damage caused by this infestation.
