“The cabin was quaint and charming at first glance, but upon closer look revealed a poorly maintained property. Gaps in the wood paneling with dust and grime showing left us realizing it was only surface clean. Another very frustrating part of the rental was that there were strict instructions for everything. “The place was very clean upon arrival and the layout of the cabin is great, with 2 master bedrooms on the main level. The location is perfect too, with easy access to both RRG and Natural Bridge State Park. We enjoyed the hot tub daily and had several fires at the fire pit also. The host checked with us upon arrival and again midweek to make sure everything was good. Had a great time and would definitely return again!”

“This home is incredible! We booked a spontaneous 1 night stay, which many places won’t do. We couldn’t have been more pleased. We typically go to Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge 2-3 times a year and rent cabins. And over the past 40 years, we’ve stayed in a lot of them. This property ranks among the best we’ve ever stayed in. The host thought of every detail. It was decorated beautifully for Christmas. This was our first time staying at Red River Gorge, and will definitely be back. I can only imagine……

“Okay…so our stay wasn’t perfect but not because of the cabin but because of a medical emergency.The cabin was just as shown/described on VRBO. The cabin was clean and had everything you would need for a few days away. We got there at 4 on a Thursday unpacked and enjoyed dinner inside. Later we sat with a drink and put our feet in the hot tub. Great evening !5AM Friday called 911 to be transported to UK hospital for emergency appendectomy. We had the cabin rented until Sunday. What a bummer.I……
