“It was amazing to be able.to basically walk out from the hotel and hike. I was surprised there was no air conditioning and it was hot at least 80°. The bar was closed on Friday & Saturday night. There was a note posted on the door it didnt say why just closed. The hotel is old and showing considerable wear. Our room had a huge stain in the carpet. The fan in the bathroom was extremely loud and rattled you could not use it. The water was hard to adjust in the shower and had very low……

“We have stayed here before. It is affordable, the staff is great (I accidently reserved the wrong dates and they were able to fix it and accommodate me on the dates I needed) The area was quiet on this trip as it was out of season. ”

“This cabin was 100% the cleanest and nicest I’ve ever stayed in. Adorable, had everything needed for a comfortable stay. ”

“Stay was okay. Building was clean and everything worked well. Location was much further from red river gorge than expected, about 45 minutes to 1 hour 15 minutes one way to a trail. Bed was very hard. Hot tub was nice. Overall, decent if you dont mind the sleeping conditions and the drive but for us it wasnt worth the cost ”
