“The staff received one star only because they were so hard to locate. Once we came across someone who worked there, they were very friendly and helpful. They advertise "contactless" check-in, which may look OK online, but when one is checking in and has questions or issues, it would be nice to be able to speak with someone. (We never did figure out how to regulate room temperature!) We've preferred B&Bs over traditional hotels because of the more intimate an personal atmosphere, which we found……
