Very nice and considerate staff. Safety was at its highest with a three-door entrance and a different key for each door. The room was clean, and the AC worked well in the heat! Also close to the buses that take you further into the city center.

We had a great stay at the property! It is a typical Roman apartment building, so there are multiple doors to enter with a combination of manual keys and electronic keys. We felt very safe and enjoyed our stay thoroughly.

Not sure why this place has bad Google reviews for the price, unless previous guests had very high expectations. We stayed for 2 nights, the staff were very nice and helpful and kept in touch via WhatsApp. The lady arrived and checked us in within around 3 minutes of our arrival. The room was clean and smelled nice. Air con worked very good. Bed was comfy. Good location around 10 - 15 minute walk to trevi fountain. & main attractions. 30 min walk to colosseum. Lots of little shops, restaurants around the guesthouse. If you’re looking for somewhere to just get your head down, shower and get good nights sleep I recommend. There is a communal kitchen, fridge, vending machine etc. We would definitely come back if we was to ever visit Rome.
