Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Best comparison is to a hostel, would be 5 star for a hostel and that was the feel I got. Shared kitchen was like at a hostel. Location was ideal, check in and out and communication was great. It was pretty clean and bed comfy but there was no AC. Good value, but at B&B / German "Pension" level.

Bed and breakfast without breakfast

no breakfast, no parking, no air conditioning, no front desk, I had to make 8 calls and 2 calls to hotels.com to finally get communication about how to find the place, parking, how to get access to the room etc.
