This place was very clean and comfortable. It has only 4 rooms and they all open to a common room. When the doors close they are very, very loud. My neighbor was in and out all night. The loud door woke me several times. It’s a great location if you want to be near the train station.

A good choice for a single traveller. Host Marco was friendly and very helpful. Room was spacious as was bathroom (seriously, could get three people in the shower it was so big). Breakfast was courtesy of a bar just down the road and comprised coffee and a pastry. Close to Termini so easy for transportation or just walking around though area is typical of a big station and a bit rough looking but worked for my purposes as only 10mins away from Teatro dell’Opera di Roma. Would stay again.

Nice comfortable room not far away from the stations. In the area there are several restaurants for dinner. Keep in mind that the included breakfast is just a pastry and a coffee to eat standing in a nearby bar. Read the fine print: if you arrive after 6.30 pm you will be charged 30€ for a late check-in. The manager was kind enough to waive them as my train was late and it was not my fault, but you need to know as the information is not immediately accessible on Hotels.com.
