Thank you for having us. Lovely hotel. Clean. Housekeeping lady with blue hair from Ukraine was lovely and sweet. Yuri at Bar was delightful too! Thank you for all the aperols :) team at front desk was responsive. Appreciate them fixing issues. In general, would stay again. I hope they fix lobby soon and make it easy to navigate with luggage. Also, please have engineering on duty at night to reset breakers or teach your team to do it.
Great place to stay in Rome. Close to subway. Nearby restaurants & supermarkets. Good breakfast. Clean & comfortable rooms. Friendly staff.
Would stay again.
Really nice quiet hotel in a safe residential neighbourhood. Lovely interior design, comfortable bed and chairs, nice breakfast selection and friendly staff with good spoken English.
Loved this stay. The hotel is tucked a bit further from main attractions so it is not as busy of an area, however TRIESTE is so wonderful and boasts many things to do, places to eat etc. Francesco was an amazing bartender who took great care of my husband & I during our stay. Food was amazing, staff was so kind, helpful and friendly. Grazie Mercure Hotel 😄
The property is very well kept. The staff were attentive and helpful, they helped us with our luggage and getting a taxi.
The breakfast buffet is pretty good too!
I would definitely recommend.
Beautiful property with great staff and amenities, and a convenient location. My only critique would be the neighborhood which isn’t as clean or nice as the center of Rome.
Very comfortable bed and room, lovely shower.
Treated ourselves to the room with a balcony which gave us plenty of space and a place to enjoy a drink in the early evening.
Very nicely appointed room and hotel, away from the main tourist area but that meant it was more peaceful.
Easy to get to the centre and plenty of mice places to eat around.
Great hotel, slightly outside Rome city centre but not too far. There are a few restaurants round the corner and much cheaper than in the city centre.
We had a room on the top floor the balcony was huge! Lots of space to chill out with the family in between trips. Only negative was the jacuzzi had a mind of its own and had to get someone to fix it twice.

Liked: Cleanliness, amenities
Overpriced for what you get. Nothing really special to account for high price.
Was quiet with bountiful, excellent breakfast.
Thais at the front desk took her time and explained where the metro was and how it all worked. That was so helpful and totally made a difference in our whole vacation. We can’t thank her enough.
Yuri and Sylvia at the bar any do an amazing job and are very personable.
The hotel is not near the city center but it was perfect for us. It was in a quiet neighborhood and felt extremely safe our entire trip. I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it!
