It has an elevator, and AC, a portable one but it got the job done. The reception girl, once we were able to meet was very kind. Cons: This is an aparthotel, dont expect someone at the reception 24/7\. You are given a set of 4 keys to access the apartment, I was scared to lose them as like I said, there is no reception. Close to metros and main rome train station. Room was very tiny, and smelled like sewage in the bathroom. Check in process was bad we had to wait outside the door for 30 minutes and I think the front desk guy was busy or sleeping and we had to bang on the door and wait for 30 mins to get him to come to the desk. It’s in a complex of other flats for the locals which wasn’t an issue but is not in the description of the property. The lights as you walk in were flickering which didn’t fill me with much joy. The rooms are a lot smaller than expected but our room was clean, bed was comfortable and bathroom was clean. However we had to buy our own toilet paper as the staff leave the property after 3pm so we had no chance to ask them for some as we had tours planned for our trip.
