We arrived very early in the morning. Got out of the taxi to a homeless man drinking in the shady alley where the front door is. It smelled like sewage outside and in the hallway. We had to walk up a couple of flights of stairs before we got to the elevator that I refused to go in the entire trip bc it looked as old as the colosseum. The man that helped us when we got there was nice, but the lady that replaced him later in the day was not friendly at all. The pictures of the rooms were misleading. It was not very clean, dusty. The beds were not comfortable. A few other homeless people slept in the alley as well. The location was good and close walking distance to most things. But the place itself was very off putting.

This place is perfectly located if you are on foot. We looked right out our window and were looking at the exact location where Julius Caesar was killed. We walked everywhere and there is a very convenient corner store a few steps from your front door

The advertisement was completely fabricated. The room was tiny, filthy, and there was no water pressure. I brought these concerns up to the front desk but they did not respond. They simply asked if I used the mini bar instead of addressing my complaints of a disgusting room with hair and dirt everywhere.

Breakfast menu was good, you have to remember you are in Europe, don’t expect a full English breaker. Fresh pressed OJ, cappuccino and cheese and ham toasted sandwich was delicious. Location of hotel is ideal, close to pantheon and a little walk to Spanish steps. A small antique style elevator. I fully recommend.

Location was fantastic. With a great view. The room was compact. Which felt cluttered once you added a suitcase and hand luggage to the space With a small hanging rail for clothes. Bed was comfortable and good air-conditioning. Breakfast was ok. We had a great trip. Unfortunately, our stay was tainted, as we were leaving a staff member (the only one we saw during our stay) arrived to work. We had ordered a taxi via an App for our transfer back to the airport. The staff member told us off,he stated we were SUPPOSED to book only through him. Hotel charge was 70€ we paid 43€! We used a legitimate app and all taxi's are capped and set tariffs. Which was seamless. So definitely recommend Freenow and IT.Taxi app. You can use Uber but only premium vehicles available.
