The room is a bit small, the location is great, the people at the front dest was a hit or miss, but for the most part, they were friendly. 2-3 Restaurant across the street, 2 of them that we tried, were great food and service. Breakfast was ok, loved the option of a salad for breakfast. Overall it was GOOD experience at the Noto.

Staff friendly, near train, bus station. room very clean with all services. Make sure to reserve the right room size, don't take the Economy Room if you are 2 or more, too much small.

The Hallway was tiled, all of our floor had a school party of roudy teenage boys, staying who were fighting, shouting, running up and down, banging doors etc. Reception only offered us a smaller room one floor up next to the stairs, which we declined. The boys came back drunk and high on smack at 2:15am shouting and arguing in the corridor with a teacher and security for 15 minutes waking us up. The room phone didn’t work. Breakfast was ok and spacious. Location close to Terminal Station and restaurants

Good service but not a good room

Very good service from the receptionists, 10/10!! However the hotel itself badly need a renovation. A bath tube without a curtain makes the bathroom wet all over. The aircondition is outdated and doesn't cool down the room. Had to sleep with open doors. The refrigerator in the room isn't cold enough and you can't adjust it. The room smells old and that's what it is. The bed was comfortable

Staff very friendly and helpful. Most speak English decently. You get what you pay for although the breakfast is good. The rooms have very thin walls and there is a lot of ambient noise from heaters, water, etc. if you’re a light sleeper look somewhere else but if you’re on a budget this is a great place to stay with friendly staff and good food. Decent location near termini. About 20-30 min walk to everything so that is a plus.

Hotel Noto is conveniently located next to the Termini Train/Metro station, Trevi Fountain, Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore, and many other interesting places. We liked that Hotel Noto served breakfast everyday starting at 7am because we could eat before getting picked up for tours. It was also really nice of the cleaning staff to make our beds and provide fresh towels every day while we were away. Overall, our experience at Hotel Noto was 8/10. The only issue we had was not having a shower curtain. The bathroom would get really wet.
