It was a lovely stay! Staff were so friendly, and check in was easy thanks to Roy!. The rooms are very clean and it's very close to the touristic attractions by walking distance.

Excellent and attentive staff in a great location. The facility is spotless and there is a fridge and air conditioning. Highly recommended. Only negative was the internet Wi-Fi wasn’t great.

Location is great, next to all key historic sites within walking distance, place is clean and quite keep in mind it’s a bed and breakfast not a hotel Cons, overpriced for a b/b , no place to park a car if you rent, no real breakfast

Everything was super nice and clean and I also appreciated how it was in a very central location. We were able to walk everywhere from there. We were a pretty big group which took up 3 rooms. We very much loved that there was AC especially because it was super hot outside

We enjoyed our stay in Rome. Upon arrival Roy was very nice to deal with and he made the checkin process very easy for us. Please note that this is not a regular hotel with a 24hour concierge on site, but Roy was there every morning and more than happy to assist with anything we needed help with. And, did it with a smile on his face. It’s an apartment unit with 5 separate rooms. Each room has a separate bathroom and shower, You do get your daily house keeping and there is always coffee and sweet bread at the lobby. It’s very quiet and the location is really close to everything. And yes the elevator works. We were lucky to deal with Roy. He took really good care of us everyday- we stayed 18 nights. It’s clean. I am pleased with our choice.

Great stay. Room easily accessible. Host gives you detailed instructions to access the property via WhatsApp. Room is bigger than average European rooms. If you are driving the parking lot is a 10 min walk from Property and 70euros for 2 days with in and out privilege. Main sites other than piazza Plebiscito are about 20-30min walk.

Location is amazing but we did have issues with our shower, which did get fixed fairly soon but I didn't like that we left a towel on the floor to be replaced and it was placed dirty back on the towel rack. I also don't know who is answering or responding to their messages on WhatsAPP as this is how you need to communicate with them after you reserve but the person on the other side is not very nice. The place has a small area where there is a table and coffee but no microwave. I saw a microware on the very top by the reception and when I texted (there is no one ever at the reception desk) about a microwave they told me " Microwave is never in hotel room". I was also having issues opening the request to pay the room taxes as they sent it via WhatsAPP and when I told the person sending the text messages she literally responded "My god everyone does every day". Well unfortunately I truly could not open it on my phone and had to have my husband open it for me. Could improve in customer service.

Let me start by saying I never leave a review unless it’s a good review, but this property warrants me taking time out of my day to write this negative review. I would give 0 stars if that were an option. I booked the superior double room with is sated to be 258 ft, but when I arrived I was ushered to a very small room which was under 100ft. When I spoke to the property manager to see why I wasn’t being given the room I booked, she rudely said “that’s all we have take it or leave it”. She also said there is nothing that can be done and a refund was not possible. I could understand if I showed up to the property and simply didn’t like the roomed I booked, but I wasn’t given the room I booked and was being treated rudely by the staff. Do not I repeat do not book this property as you will regret it. I was so displeased and disgusted that I refused to stay at property and lost my hard earned money. I ended up having to book a room at twice the price with another hotel. Be warned stay clear of Ripetta Central Suites.
