Bright modern flat located in the Aurelio district near the Vatican, excellent for tourist stays or business trips. Located in a quiet street overlooking the city, 4 minutes' walk from the Battistini metro station (with which you can reach the Vatican City or the Spanish Steps in a few minutes). Adjacent to Via Boccea, renowned for its shops, bars, restaurants, parks, various services.
Spacious, bright, cosy flat equipped with hot-cold air conditioning in every room, Wifi and all kinds of comforts. Located on the first floor of a building with lift. Consisting of: 2 large bedrooms fully furnished with double bed, large wardrobe, bedside tables, chest of drawers, mirror (one room also equipped with an armchair bed of 90x200 mt. and a cot for children, and a cot for children on request), in which you will find an iron and ironing board, electronic safe and electric shutters with blackout curtains. Super-equipped kitchen area, equipped with sink, hob, microwave oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, moka, crockery and various utensils). Relaxing dining area with large table, chairs, bench, cupboard and large Smart TV.
In the dining area you will find a binder with house rules, illustrative material and city tours. 1 full bathroom with toilet, walk-in shower, equipped with hairdryer, body soap, shampoo, washing machine and clothesline. Sunny balcony equipped with awnings and a relaxation corner for breakfast or aperitifs. The house is equipped with bed linen and towels for guests. Smoking is not allowed inside the house. Free parking on the street or a large paid municipal car park next to the house at Via Lucio II, 120.
