I got support from Vrbo help and was able to send the necessary communication to the host. From then on, the communication went better. The unit was okay for the price. It was spacious enough for 2-3 people. The building staff were all courteous and helpful. The amenities can still be improved - there's visible rust in the microwave oven as well as the shower hoses. The shower tiles has grime build up.
