The only critiques I have are the bathroom seems to have some plumbing issues as the water pressure difference between the bathroom and kitchen is very noticeable, but it is still functional so no big deal. The cabin is very close to other properties, but we stayed in the late winter/early spring so no one was around. It is very very close to a boat launch for Higgins lake (really within walking), very clean and comfortable...

For those with children location is great township park is just a short walk away, rental has a huge yard many games and a swing set and a pool table. Township dog park is also a short walk away. South Higgins lake state park and Marl lake trails are about 3 miles away. Dollar General is conveniently located between rental and state park. Host was very friendly and...
