"We stayed at this beautiful apartment for the second time for three weeks and were extremely satisfied with the facilities available. The lounge area is large and there is a well equipped kitchen. The bed was very comfortable although the shower in the en-suite bathroom was rather small for anyone larger than average although I understand there may well be plans in hand to address this area. "La vue de l'appartement est vraiment superbe, mais l'appartement en lui même est très vieillissant, un rafraichissement serait nécessaire. La propreté laissait également à désirer, et les équipements sont réduits au strict minimum ( il n'y a même pas une casserole en bon état....). Attention à bien lire l'annonce, il n'y a ps de wifi."

"Leider war der Abfluss am Waschbecken verstopft. Das ist immer ein schlechter Start in die Ferien. Man kann sich nur unzureichend waschen oder die Zähne putzen. Aber sonst war das Zimmer ausreichend groß. Handtücher und Leintücher waren sauber und in ausreichender Menge vorhanden."

"El alojamiento en sí bastante bien. Los armarios eran pequeños pero para estar una semana ya nos sirve. Lo único malo de este alojamiento, a parte de la cantidad de mosquitos, no son los 75 escalones para ir del parking al apartamento, sino la calidad de estos escalones, de esos con tierra y el borde de piedra y luego unos más altos que otros. Estaría bien que restauraran esos escalones. Por lo demás todo muy bien, un sitio tranquilo, donde la gente baja a los perros a la playa por la mañana...

"A notre arrivée, le sol était glissant, nous avons faillit tomber. La table du salon était tellement collante qu’en posant mon sac à main le cuir de celui-ci est resté collé quand j’ai voulu le prendre. Une vieille table avec un tissu collé dessus trônait au milieu du salon. Le rideau du salon était à moitié décroché. "L'appartement etait tres sal, il y avait une tache sur un des draps.Nous avons du nettoyer tous nos draps pour pouvoir dormir. Il y avait egalement des fuites d'eau sous le lavabo des toilettes et l'électricité dijoncter souvent.Le prix ne vaut clairement pas le coût de cet appartement."

"Nous avons passé un super séjour à Rosas. Cet appartement est très agréable, spacieux et propre. Il est très bien placé, très proche du centre ville. Tout le confort nécessaire, la clim surtout l'été c'est top. Il manque toutefois des tables de nuits, des étagères dans la salle de bain. Cela aurait été pratique."

"Well, it's a serviced apartment. We stayed 6 nights. No cleaning unless paid. Best to include cleaning in the price. No Towels change etc. Apartment with sea view is misleading - unless you book the last floor, the view is obstructed by a horrible restaurant. Pool is not good - faces the ground floor apartments and no place to stay. Good spa. Massage was great. Overall, the flat is nice - has all you need. Just lacks service. "

"Si vous voulez découvrir Rosas, Cadaqués, Girone, c'est la situation révée.Sortez des sentiers battus pour les restaurants dans le coeur de ville de petites pépites. Prenez le parking en sus pour ce garer c'est compliqué. Ne passez pas à côté du marché le dimanche matin et des halles. L'accueil et la disponibilité de l'hôte le top !!! La literie est confortable et l'appartement bien équipé Le seul bémol c'est le bruit de la route, mais les Espagnols toujours aussi chaleureux. On reviendra...

"The place and rooms were great, the location right next to the street was a bit loud if you have your window or door open (a lot of people rev up their bikes/cars for some reason in the vicinity) but if you close everything you hardly hear it. All devies worked without trouble, the garage entrace is quite steep, if you have a low laying car be careful there."
