“Stayed for a few days after surgery so they were able to get me a room on the first floor due to no elevators to the second floor. The hotel was quiet and staff were kind. Hot breakfast varied, but was good and not crowded. Hotel was close to anything you needed as well. Was pleased. ”

“The pictures online really don’t reflect what the property looks like. The carpet in the hallway of our room smelled like urine, and we’re quite sure that the floors had not been swept or cleaned in our room, as we found a clipped toenail in the bathroom and other dirt and things on the floor. Also, only one of the outlets worked near the bathroom.”

“I wanted to recognize the young woman who staffed the desk for the afternoon shift. It was busy, there were a number of small things (no fault of hers!) that went awry, and she handled it all with grace and courtesy. She told me later it wasn't her usual shift. I'm sorry I didn't get her name but she deserves recognition for her calmness under pressure and her creative problem-solving. ”
