"Rosebay Cottage was a very serene, clean, and beautiful place to stay! Tucked into the woods with a nice mountain view. Well appointed with everything you’d need. The back porch was our favorite place to gather and enjoy the fireplace! We hope to return sometime soon. "

"Beautiful and cozy home with a great ambiance! We loved staying here. The hot tub was such a bonus! Everything was perfect with the home! Unfortunately, while we were in town we thought ubering would be possible since rental cars were pretty pricey. Don’t be like us! Spend the money on a rental and avoid the headache! We ended up paying a busboy at 185 king street to get back to the house haha Everything else was perfect!"

"Being a native of Brevard I’ve never stayed here until now. Wow! I was proud of this little gem! Didn’t have much interaction with staff but when I did, they were friendly and helpful! Those little sugar packets in cellophane for coffee are just teasers, lol. Even though it sat next to a busy highway traffic sound was not an issue. My room was clean and cozy! My bed was comfy and my two small dogs were welcome. Fixtures in the bathroom reminded me of my grandparents homes and good memories. Simpler living. What you see is not what you get, there’s more! Meaning, behind the rooms is a little oasis of picnic tables, hammocks, fire pits and areas for relaxing to enjoy nature! Oh, they also provide waste bags for pets and disposal box. If you enjoy feeling like you’ve come home, this is for you! Thank you Sunset Motel! "
