“房间很好，环境很好，停车场很好，但是需要进行员工培训，我可以明显感觉到我退房时，前台的两位女性，其中一位并不想服务亚洲人，所以一直在电脑前装的很忙碌，并时不时用眼睛撇我，在另一位女性给我和我老婆提供服务后，她起身开始为排在我后面的白人夫妻提供服务。”

“服務人員很棒，入住很順利，記得跟服務人員索取city card,免費,因為住宿費用，現場會收城市稅，此卡可以搭此區的公車免費，自駕車可停飯店，需付費5歐/天，公車有到祖格峰纜車站，市區很多賣戶外用品，樣式折扣都很多，用餐的地方也多，唯一缺點沒暖氣，夏天也需問看看是否有冷氣，歐洲夏天沒以前那麼不熱了，但這位於山腳下，可能會好點.”

“We visited Schloss Neuschwanstein during the day, and stayed in the hotel. It's very nice , cosy and clean in the room. Good beer and desert in the restaurant. Had a wonderful and relax time during the stay. Highly recommended if you drive while visiting Schloss Neuschwanstein.”
