"It's certainly very unique in its Gothic style and very spacious, close to everything. but we found dust in corners and on some selves, the storage room was full of cleaning stuff and smelled like mold....also even it is only 4 miniutes walk from the ferry, with its location at the top of the hill and to carry big suitcases along the pebble stone road all the way up to check in is no fun at all."

"This property was incredible! The location was right in the heart of the old historic center and was easy to find, easy to get our luggage to, without too many steps! The communication from the host was very detailed and they accommodated our early check in request. "Excellent location and very close to town and restaurants. There is an incline to get to the property if you are walking from the train station which is only 7-10 mins. However, it is not that bad. The property is easy to access. There are a few items that needed repair while we stayed. there are no toiletries in the apartment so make sure you have enough shampoo and soaps. Also we had ants everywhere in the apartment. It was not a big deal. We just placed all of our food in the refrigerator....

"This apartment/condo seems like it was recently updated and was very comfortable. The view from the balcony was amazing. Our only note is that you really should have a car to stay at this location. Walking to town involves walking for ~150 meters on the edge of the main road, which seemed dangerous while doing it. Also, DO NOT try to walk with luggage from the ferry."

"We had a very positive experience staying here. The property manager was responsive to our questions and requests. Updated kitchen, air conditioning, wash machine and garage stall were appreciated. It was close to a grocery store and cheese shop - nice walking distance to restaurants, shops and the coast. "I would not stay here if I rebooked this vacation. Negative: The apartment was clean enough but didn’t feel professionally cleaned. The finishes in the unit were low quality. "Luxury hotel with great views and access to lake Como. Our room was really spacious with a great view. The shore area offered a great way to reach the water and breakfast was delicious. Service was also very good. Thing that could be improved: beach area seemed to open late and at different times each day (11:15/12:30pm). Also limited food options during the stay - either very fine dining in restaurant at night or pizza (only) at the beach bar. A broader menu for dinner would’ve been welcomed. "
