I stayed at the Regent Rotorua with my two sons during a family trip. The hotel was clean with useful an amenities, including a kitchenette, two queen beds, and a sofa. Best of all was location: adjacent alleyway with a dozen restaurants and shops, dozens of downtown food and shopping options, and Lake Rotorua well within walking distance. This centrally located hotel is very convenient and family friendly.

We had a large, well appointed room with comfortable beds, a kitchenette area, and a great shower. The hotel is centrally located within easy walking distance of Eat Street and other restaurants. The staff is fantastic. I wish we had taken advantage of the indoor pool and the restaurant but we were still jet lagged. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Rotorua.

The hotel is clean, tidy, modern and conveniently located. There is not one bad thing I could say about the state of the hotel itself. Staff were very friendly and helpful. One disappointing matter however is the fact the TV did not have Netflix (or other streaming apps) available - nor was the TV connected to the internet so you couldn’t download the apps onto the TV or screen mirror/share from your mobile. We were stuck watching regular TV.

Had a lovely stay at this hotel. Spacious 2 bedroom apartment it was perfect for our girls weekend away. Location was very central. We didn’t dine ant the restaurant but we heard from some locals that it is very good. Eat street was nice & close. Only thing I would say is the pool was a bit cold for use in winter. Expected a thermal pool but it was luke warm.
