Rooms, bar, restaurant, lobby, pool, views, breakfast etc were great! Lovely ambience and perfect location! Annoying that even at 2pm rooms for us and a lot of guests were not available for check in and the bar although lovely was not staffed so you would have to go looking for staff to get a drink even though the bar was full and people were wanting drinks - many looked around for refills and gave up with no staff on

不满意：服务设施
Unfortunately, our stay was impacted by significant street noise from nearby bars that lasted until early morning. On top of that, the hotel room was very dated. When our room’s TV stopped working, we experienced poor service—we understand it was the busy school holiday season, but having no one answer reception after two calls across several hours was very disappointing. In the end, I had to go to the front desk in person to resolve the issue.

Good location. Proximity to Eat Street and Lake Rotorua. Wonderful views. Property is well equipped with facilities such as pool and spa. Staff are friendly, especially the breakfast team. Praises to the ladies at the breakfast area, hardworking, polite and welcoming. Property and rooms are very tired, needing renovation throughout all rooms.

Great breakfast buffet selection, good indoor hot pools, nice bar if you wanted a drink. Our room was basic (as we selected) and was clean enough, had all the sky channels. There were 2x EV chargers if you have an EV vehicle.
