“這次入住荷蘭的每間飯店 浴室的落水口都塞住、每張床都好軟 、睡不太習慣、清潔也不是很乾淨、但櫃檯人員人很好、我們11點多到飯店就讓我們提早入住、飯店在車站對面、走路4分鐘就到中央車站、床真的太軟、建議不好睡的人 可以選擇兩張床的房型、附近超市、餐廳都很近”

“Apologize that I have to leave a bad comment for this hotel. When I check-in around 17:00 at the reception. My booking is 2 people for 2 nights which I showed the booking her. She marked my booking no. then talking very fast that I cannot get the meaning. Later, she gave me 1 door card. I said we are 2 people here and should have 2 cards. She blaimed me that "I asked you that are you travel alone and you say yes. Then I give you 1 card. Anyway, I can give you another one.". ”

“Unclear from the listing that there were different grades of property. Balcony shown in listing photos but this only exists on 1 apartment. Needless to say we preferred to wash & change our own bedlinen. Apartment was clean but had no cleaning materials, e.g. small floor brush but no dustpan or mop. Washing……

“Overall a very pleasant stay, conveniently located in the center of Den Haag and close to all kinds of shops. The apartment was cozy and quiet, staff was also quite friendly. The only minor complaint is that check-in time is at 4PM which is much later than most other accommodations.”

“The room is well furnished, clean and modern. However, we didn't realize that the whole process was done virtually. We ended up in a basement room with our windows opened to the streets that we can see people's feet as they walked past. It's not a place for seniors or people with large or many luggage. The nearest parking is 5 min walk away and if you get a basement room like us, it's a challenge finding the elevator to reach the basement, never mind with big luggage. It's also complicated to……

“Very friendly staff. Clean and spacious room.”

“The room is super cold. The air conditioner can’t be adjusted. I live here is only for the kitchen and Gym”
