"Our stay at the Coastal Gratitude house was 5 stars in all ways! It was a quiet beach spot with comfortable accommodations. Our family of 9 enjoyed the stay on Dauphin Island and adventured to Gulf Shores and Orange Beach. We enjoyed coming "home" to a comfortable spot where we could swim and play on the beach while enjoying the great views! The house is spacious and is set up well. It accommodated our needs for a 5 day stay!"

"My family had a wonderful vacation here. Scott was very friendly and communicative. Other than some sand, the house was very clean when we arrived. There were lots of little extras provided which was very appreciated, having extra. blankets, pillows, fans, is always nice. The floors do echo, so heavy-footed people can be heard throughout. The Wifi worked really well & streaming was available on the TVs. The location is great if you want to be away from the crowds of Gulf Shores, but still within driving distance. It does require some planning however as you don't really want to be going back and forth just for little trips. Thw beach is across the main road & while it is within about a 10 min walk, we decided it was easier to drive. There's a small public parking area just a few min. It's a good beach with nice sand & was never very crowded (end of March anyway) There was a public pool and a hot tub in the community area which we're both nice. We were unfortunately absolutely swarmed with no-see-ums at the hot tub one night which put a damper on the fun. Also bit a few times on the beach in the late evening, so bug spray is a good idea. Overall my family had a great vacation at the Blue Bungalow & would stay there again."

"We had a wonderful time at the house. We spent quite a bit of time just sitting there looking out at the bay and watching the pelicans and osprey dive for fish. Often a blue heron would come to visit as well. It was just very relaxing. Location was great for us. Bon Secour is just a few miles away where you can either walk the trails or go fishing. The house is located right across from the Sassy Bass convenience store and just blocks away from Jesse’s, which serves some of the best food in the area. Shonna, the host, was also very responsive to any questions we had."
