"We found the property as advertised. It was plenty big for our group. The location was very quiet. It's not right in the middle of anything, but it's within 10-15 min to Peterborough or Keene. Only 5 min to the Dublin General Store. Brie was easy to work with. She was responsive whenever we needed to communicate. She even left us some breakfast stuff because she knew we were arriving late."

"The Penthouse was a great place to rent for our family get-together. The owners live nearby and are very responsive to any issues that may arise, and indeed promptly addressed questions and any issues that we had. It was a great vacation place for us (other family members rented other houses on the property from the same owner so we were able to get together and have plenty of room). The lake is perfect -- clean and beautiful, and we made the most out of boating and kayaking activities there."

"We rented Sean’s place for overflow guests at a weekend celebration and they raved about everything. The house is beautiful, super comfortable, spotless, and well-appointed without being at all cluttered. They were thrilled with the thoughtful coffee selection for the Keurig and were impressed with the tools and appliances in the kitchen since they had some cooking to do for the parties at our house. All in all a very relaxing and pleasant stay. One note: the house was clearly recently built,...

"We booked a longer stay over the holidays and we were very pleased with the accommodations. The property was clean and very spacious, on a wooded lot that was pleasant and quiet. It was like a home away from home during our stay. We would definitely recommend!"

"We were visiting relatives and found Hickory Hill a really wonderful place to stay, both comfortable and pleasant. It is a working kennel so there were occasional barks but was very quiet at night- you can see both sunrise and sunset from the deck. The area has dark skies so the stars are really clear ... big improvement for us city folks. Very glad they board people in addition to pups! :)"

"We had a great time at the cottage and were pleasantly surprised at the quaintness of the pond and surrounding community. Wonderful stay overall! We skied Wachusett. Which was 5 min drive and Wachusett Brewery was amazing! We recommend checking the sauna hookup first and more adult sized towels! Everything else was lovely!"
