"Das Personal ist echt engagiert und hilfsbereit. Besonders der junge Mann im Frühstückssaal ist super fleißig und hat alles im Blick und Griff. Die Zimmerreinigung bei Ankunft müsste bisschen ordentlicher sein, bei Ankunft lag noch eine Zahnbürste in der Dusche samt Zahnpasta und eine angebissene Pizza lag im Karton auf dem Schrank, guckte aber deutlich rüber, daher habe ich sie sofort gesehen. Ich würde das Hotel aber jederzeit wieder buchen 👍 Die Einstellung der Mitarbeiter ist super. "

"Wir waren für eine Nacht im Rahmen eines Konzertbesuchs dort. Super Anbindung zum Carlswerk Victoria, E-Werk, Palladium… fußläufig prima zu erreichen! Zimmer waren sauber und ansprechend, das Hotel macht einen modernen und jungen Eindruck, wir fühlten uns wohl! "Very central to old town Düsseldorf and the Rhine river. Apt nice for one person or couple. Instructions to check in could be clearer, I was blessed to find a sign inside by driveway saying Reception, but would be easy to miss because the street address is a locked door. "

"A very comfortable stay. The neighborhood is quiet, there's a huge shopping center just outside. The S-Bahn is only a 10min walk and then it's only another 10min for Düsseldorf central station so it's really close. The room was big and modern, it had everything you might need for your stay, the kitchen had stuff for cooking too and the fridge was spacious! Would definitely stay there again on my next visit to Düsseldorf. "

"The hotel is superbly placed near the centre of the old town with its own walkway ( over the busy roads ) to the banks of the Rhine . We were very impressed by the grandeur of the interior and tge room was very spacious and comfortable . Unfortunately tge pool was extremely small ( more of a plunge pool ) not suited to providing me with my daily swimming exercise routine which required a length of 25m."
