Wonderful family stay
We really enjoyed our December stay at cozy fox. The location just off the golf course was perfect for running the 3 mile loop, viewing elk and deer in the mornings/evenings, and walking to the nearby playground. Ski Apache was easily accessible as was the shopping/eating part of Ruidoso. Having a kitchen and 2 bedrooms always makes our stay with two young kids easier. We hope to stay here again someday!

Just Right!
Super cute condo! My sister and I stayed for a few days to visit our mother, and this was such a convenient location for us. Check-in and communication was super easy. This place pretty much had everything you could want! Full kitchen, little back deck with a BBQ, fireplace, TV's and lots of games. Thank You for the coffee especially! We loved the fox theme through out the house as well. The beds were comfortable and clean and two baths is always a plus! (The front shower is maybe a little more for the kiddos!) Even had a TON of Elk around and the bonus of seeing a skunk cruise past the front porch! We hope to stay here again! Thank You!

My group arrived to a lovely note acknowledging our stay. We had a quick question and the property manager was very easy to get ahold of and friendly. The cabin was very comfortable. It had everything that you could possibly need and then some. I highly recommend the Cozy Fox!

A splendid gem
An impeccable cabin for our getaway. We loved the coziness of this cabin and all the attention to detail. Extras at every turn such as snacks, wine, and family games made it feel like home. A quite setting with abundant wildlife right outside. We will definitely stay again when in the area.

This was perfect for my husband, grandson and I. It was clean, comfortable and the extra amenities were by far the best of any other property we’ve stayed at. The owner was great about communicating and very accommodating! I think it will sleep 6, but if you had more than 4 people it would be a little tight IMO.

Wonderful Condo
We stayed for a weekend and had a great experience at the cozy fox condo. It was very clean and well supplied with amenities and linens etc. I especially loved the added details like having a charging dock next to the bed, it saved me from having to go out to find my charger in the car the first night! Our children loved the books and snacks that Joe and Irma provided. Our little family played monopoly revolution (one of several board games they had available in the cabinet). So fun! The bottle of wine was such a nice gesture too! Loved our stay here and definitely will be back! Thank you all!

Perfect stay
Our time spent couldn't have been more perfect. The cabin was very comfortable and had a homey feeling. I loved that it was kid friendly and absolutely everything that was needed was provided besides buying our own food. Will definitely rent again.

Just like the pics, very clean and cute. Great location and close to town. Had everything we needed. Hosts communicated well and made it easy. Bedrooms do not have a/c and got a little warm one night, other than that it was a great place to stay.

Fantastic stay!
Great property! Perfect place for a weekend getaway with friends! Only one small issue is the master bathroom shower did not work well. Hall bath shower is very small. Not the best for a person that is 6 feet or taller. Overall, we loved the place and will try to book again!
