“It is quiet. The property is clean.”

“We asked for clean towels to replace the ones removed by housekeeping twice on the first day. Finally went to the front desk and got them ourselves at 4pm even though we had asked staff twice who were cleaning rooms on our floor. The second day although the towels were replaced and the bathroom cleaned our bed was not made when we came back to the room at 2pm. This was extremely disappointing in terms of the service we would normally expect.”

“Everything in the room felt damp and wet. The low commodes are very hard to get up and down. The chain kept coming off and falling under the flap. No hand towels and the second day we didn’t get a mat for the tub so had to use our towels Breakfast-orange juice tasted like it was watered down. Was not good to drink. The pancake machine did not work. The coffee was good and the cinnamon rolls were also.”
