“The staff was friendly, the pool was nice. Hot tub broken, breakfast was fair. My main concern was the lack of cleanliness in my room and the horrible mold smell. I’ve taken several photos of the mold and funk. I took my complaint to the front desk, the gentleman there offered to have housekeeping spray but with Lysol. He wasn’t able to offer me a different room. The walls were dirty, urine splattered near toilet, food splatter above microwave on the wall, dirt on couch cushions, separated……

“Mr. And Mrs. Browne were extremely helpful and easy to communicate with. Check in was simple and fast. The property was more than we expected. The entrance was very elegant, everything looked extremely clean, and the room was fabulous. They really have gone out of their way to make your stay comfortable and welcoming. They had little bougie treats stashed all over and a nice bottle of wine from a local vineyard that was wonderful. The decor was very tasteful and everything was very very clean.……
