This place is brand new so everything was great and smelled new! I could tell the staff was trying & they were friendly.

If you're looking for fancy accommodations, go elsewhere. If you're looking for a quiet night sleep in a simple room thats more than comfortable and convenient. Right off of 75. friendly staff, free hot breakfast fine for a quick start to the morning.

Making smoking area at front entrance forces non smokers to walk thru smoke to enter and exit hotel

The HH is my go-to when staying in Downtown St Pete. It is central to everything; the water, restaurants, and retail. The Sunday Pool Party is famous and a “must” for out-pf-towners.

Very friendly and clean. Complementary breakfast and a beer in the evening is nice.

Pool was not open and that was the main reason for booking this hotel. We were not notified or given notice that the pool was out of service prior to arriving. If we would have known we would have canceled and gone to a hotel with a pool. Very disappointed.

The hotel was clean, updated, and the all the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Great convenient place with a fantastic pool and bar.

This hotel definately exceeded our expectations. Even though it is an old building (built in the early 1900s), the staff is very proud of its heritage and previous famous guests. They have done an outstanding job renovating and upkeeping this place. The hotel areas and rooms were impecably clean and the ambiance was from an old high vintage high class hotel. I have rate it 100% satisfaction except the pre paid parking which cost you 32$ per Night but otherwise I would stay again .

Overall okay stay, room size was good, convenient location and good price. First of all keep in mind that once you get there the parking is just valet and the cost is $38/day! Not advertised or mentioned on hotel info. The other options giving was somewhere across the street at $25 per night. Hotel was very nice and clean. First day we left room right after breakfast and left a sign at door for the service not to get inside but apparently people cleaning didn’t care so they went inside anyways....
