“This was a great spot for a low key get away, with lots to do. Off the beaten path, well maintained, nice pool/hot tub, cute beach and the drinks/food at Sunset Grille are on point! Highly recommend the fried calamari!! Would 100% book again.”

“The reservation process was seamless, the information shared by the management company was good, the notebook with information about the unit was very helpful although we never did see the wifi information if that was included. The beds, pillows and towels were comfortable and the location was very close to restaurants and other amenities. I highly recommend Sunset Grill - great food and service and a view of the water! “Carmen was very attentive and helpful! We had a little trouble with the door code but she responded quickly and remedied the issue. The place is as described. We only stayed for 2 days but it was exactly what we needed. The garage was an added bonus! I do wish the main door had a curtain or blind for privacy but its on the 2nd level and sunken back so no major concerns. Neighbors are very friendly! We would stay here again! Thank you!”

The furniture is in terrible condition (had to cover with extra sheets to feel comfortable to sit on); mattress covers and pillows had terrible stains; dirty carpets; the entire place was not clean (could not walk across the tile floor without getting socks filthy); arrived to find dirty wet towels in the washing machine (cleaners did come pick up after requested); everything was sticky; not well maintained. “Great location, TV in living room did not turn on, the master bedroom has old TV that turned on after several minutes, i texted the manager and she never responded back about the tv, the property was cleaned. However, the living room furniture was stained and dirty, and there's looks like a shower pan leak that is deteriorating the wood framing in the shower and there's a mold growing. When you walk into the entryway, there's holes in the drywall.Where apparently there was flooding from the……

“Our stay in March was pleasant. The space for us was great. There was a bedroom for each of our teenagers, one for us and 3 bathrooms, just like home. Two bedroom fan/light were not working, and one TV didn't have a remote, but Carmen was quick to get maintenance to fix that. It was odd that there was only one light on a nightstand in one room. The only other source of lighting was the ceiling fan for the other bedrooms. Kitchen was stocked enough to cook some meals, but we were short on some of……
