There were a couple of chairs, an umbrella and a small cooler bag in the closet which were so nice to have for the beach. Everyone we met during our stay was very nice. The condo had everything we needed. My only suggestion would be curtains in the bedroom to filter the morning light, as it gets very bright in the morning. “We had a wondeful family girls trip to this very comfortable, clean, well stocked condo. This condo was the perfect location for access to the St. Pete beaches, only a 5 minute drive! Also very close to Eckerd college, where my daughter is in college. The decor is cute and classy. Our host was very accessible when we had a question. Pool is wonderful and clean. Lovely place for walks. Check out the great coffee/breakfast shop in the shopping plaza across the main way!”

“We passed two weeks at the historic Butler House in Pass-a-Grille The Butler House, a charming turn of the century building that has been transformed in condos. Just steps from the beach, the unit decorated with an eclectic mix of antiques was like stepping back in time. Our host Joan was just marvelous!! She was very attentive to any requests that we had and is a delight. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone looking to relax and unwind!! Not to be missed”

“My husband and I enjoyed every moment while at Sunrise #301. Owners were wonderful to deal with, condo was immaculate and filled with everything we would need. The view was awesome! Watching the sunrise with coffee in hand in our pjs started our day wonderfully. The pool was the perfect temp, the jacuzzi spectacular. Walks on the beach and plenty of restaurants for dining near by. This place did not disappoint.”

“Lots of room and appeared just as photos advertised. Neighbourhood was quiet and generally clean. Property manager was very “on the ball” and instructions were clear. Overall a nice place to stay. We found the bed in master bedroom very uncomfortable, difficult to have a good sleep. The kitchen only has very limited pots and pans for cooking and no scissors. However plenty of dishes for meals. Everything appeared very clean except the floors, they need more attention for sure. Good value for the...
