“The staff member at check in was very friendly and made the check-in process fun. The breakfast options included a few things I did not expect, like a packaged breakfast sandwich if you did not prefer the scrambled eggs, sausage, or Belgium waffles. We had an issue with our shower (could have been our fault) but the maintenance staff member was up quickly and had the part replaced quickly. “The room was clean and convenient to Portsmouth. It was located on a very busy highway and the noise was noticeable. We also had a minor issue with the water that resolved quickly. The staff was helpful and polite. The stay itself was good overall.”

“Pleasant staff. We stayed 2 nights but no housekeeping came in to clean room. No, I didn't complain because I was away until late. They had weird bar soap that fell apart when used but the shower had very nice shampoo, conditioner and shower gel in dispensers on the wall.”
