"There was no running water in the whole hostel and it wasn’t clean. The guy who checked me in said that they would have it fixed by 6:00pm- around 5 hours later. It was just generally not great or comfortable. A creepy guy stood outside watching me while I waited for someone from the hostel to get me. When the hostel worker got me, the guy followed us into the elevator. He was just super creepy and I couldn’t stay with someone like him. The whole thing was just not comfortable and not reflective...

The front office staff during check-in were very considerate and helpful where seeing we check-in early morning at 4am our checkout time was extended by 2 hours which was very helpful for us.
